Shipping policy
Call Me Creative Shop is not responsible for any lost items. It is essential that you confirm you have provided the correct shipping information, including apartment numbers, if applicable. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) or USPS (1-800-275-8777).
Should your package be returned to us for any reason, you will bear the additional expense of reshipping it. If this should happen, we will attempt to contact you immediately using the information you provided. Should you fail to reply within 48 hours, you will receive a store credit for the whole amount minus the initial shipping cost. The store credit is valid for sixty days from the receipt of the returned item. After 60 days, all money will be forfeited.
